About the Event
September means the warm days of SUMMER are transitioning to cooler temperatures. It’s PEAR harvest time and as Fall approaches, the reliability of playing outdoors begins to wind DOWN. Well there you go: SUMMER PEAR DOWN, our next tournament and that means fun and competitive pickleball, socializing, several chances to win, lots of chances to laugh, and let’s throw in some pears.
No partner needed. Round-robin pool play. If your division is filled you are strongly encouraged to go on the waitlist. We often use our waitlist members and in some cases we might be able to add to the division in groups of 4. The MEPC Board has the descretion to move players into a different division.
Divisions: Intermediate (under 55 and 55+), Upper Intermediate, and Advanced (see info below for advanced signup criteria). Each division will be separated by gender unless brackets do not fill and have to be combinend.…
